  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Alternatives include Monterey Jack or American processed cheese.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare a medium-sized pie dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook lean ground beef for 6-8 minutes, until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and stir to coat.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the pie dish. Pour salsa over cream cheese and top with seasoned ground beef. Finally, add shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until top is golden.
  5. Let the dip cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguettes, or veggie sticks.
