- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare a medium-sized pie dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook lean ground beef for 6-8 minutes, until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and stir to coat.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the pie dish. Pour salsa over cream cheese and top with seasoned ground beef. Finally, add shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until top is golden.
- Let the dip cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguettes, or veggie sticks.
