For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Salted butter can be used in a pinch.
  • 4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped) Increase quantity for more flavor if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley Can be substituted with chives.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine steak cubes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cracked pepper, and kosher salt. Toss until well coated.
  3. Place seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 45 seconds.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and add cooked steak bites into the garlic butter. Toss for about 2 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
