Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. Sauté the Chicken in a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat for about 5–6 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Scramble the Eggs in the same skillet for about 2 minutes until set but fluffy.
  4. Cook the Vegetables by adding carrots and garlic, sautéing for 2–3 minutes, then adding green peas.
  5. Stir-Fry the Rice by adding the day-old rice to the skillet and cooking for about 3–4 minutes.
  6. Combine the Ingredients by returning chicken and eggs to the skillet, adding soy sauce, and mixing.
  7. Add the Bang Bang Sauce and heat through for 2 minutes to ensure everything is coated.
