Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending just until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows gently.
  7. Scoop the dough using a scant ¼ cup measure and shape into balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
  8. Press pieces of Hershey chocolate onto the top of each dough ball.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
