- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending just until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows gently.
- Scoop the dough using a scant ¼ cup measure and shape into balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
