  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Iceberg lettuce is traditional.
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter For brushing on top buns.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds For topping the buns.
For the Big Mac Style Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise The creamy base.
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish Adds sweetness.
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook 1 pound of ground beef with 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  4. Assemble sliders by placing the bottom half of buns in the baking dish. Spread sauce, then add beef, cheese, and pickles.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Add shredded lettuce and drizzle with more sauce. Top with buns, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for an additional 3-4 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  8. Slice into portions and serve warm with extra sauce.
