  2. Add sifted all-purpose flour and salt to the yeast mixture, stirring until combined. Knead for 3-4 minutes, then incorporate softened unsalted butter and knead for an additional 4-5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 90 minutes until doubled in size.
Buns Shaping and Baking
  1. Once risen, punch the dough down, divide into 9 pieces, and shape into smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover, and let rest for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fill the dough balls, carefully adding blueberries.
  3. For the topping, mix melted butter, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the buns with egg wash and sprinkle with streusel.
