Preparation Steps
- In a wine glass, add a handful of fresh blueberries and pour in about a tablespoon of lavender syrup. Muddle gently for about 10 seconds.
- Pour in 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur cordial over the muddled blueberries and stir for about 5 seconds.
- Fill the wine glass with ice cubes, leaving room at the top for the bubbles.
- Slowly pour non-alcoholic prosecco into the glass, filling it until almost full—about 5-6 ounces.
- Optionally garnish with a sprig of lavender or a twist of lemon peel on the rim of the glass.
