- Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside.
- Crumble cooked bacon into small pieces. Wrap each mozzarella cube tightly with bacon.
- Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Flatten a handful of the chicken filling, place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and encase it tightly.
- Set up bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry bombs for 5-6 minutes until golden. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
- Drizzle cooked bombs with remaining buffalo sauce, serve hot, and enjoy!
