Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside.
  2. Crumble cooked bacon into small pieces. Wrap each mozzarella cube tightly with bacon.
  3. Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  4. Flatten a handful of the chicken filling, place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and encase it tightly.
  5. Set up bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry bombs for 5-6 minutes until golden. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Drizzle cooked bombs with remaining buffalo sauce, serve hot, and enjoy!
