Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Prepare the baking tray with crumpled aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
  3. Cut the skinless salmon filets into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes.
  4. Mix together paprika, cooking salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  5. Coat the salmon cubes with the spice mix and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Spread the seasoned salmon cubes evenly on the prepared foil-lined baking tray.
  7. Bake the salmon bites for 12 minutes without opening the oven door.
  8. Allow the salmon bites to cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
