Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Incorporate 1 finely chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add 4 cups of diced potatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano; stir well.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of beef broth, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture; cover and let melt for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
