Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat, slightly crushed tater tots, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and flexible.
