Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together 1 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of sugar until fluffy, then mix in 2 large eggs, one at a time.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of chopped marshmallows.
- Form 1.5-inch balls of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed and edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let cool on baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
