  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds Or dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Nuts Walnuts, pecans, or almonds
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Agave syrup for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Or yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar White vinegar can be used as alternative
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Avocado oil can be used as alternative

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the fresh greens thoroughly and set aside in a large serving bowl.
  2. Wash and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces and scatter over the greens along with pomegranate seeds.
  3. Sprinkle chosen nuts over the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until well-emulsified.
  5. Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over the salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately or let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes if you prefer a chilled salad.
