Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  7. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mix.
  8. Gently swirl the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
