Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Brown for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in broth and add rinsed orzo. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Serve hot.
