Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven heats.
  2. Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface or place the flatbread directly onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the base of the puff pastry or flatbread.
  4. Arrange the two thinly sliced pears overlapping on the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle 4 oz of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese over the arranged pears.
  6. Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once baked, drizzle ¼ cup of honey over the top immediately.
  8. Sprinkle ¼ cup of chopped walnuts and a handful of fresh arugula over the honey-drizzled flatbread.
  9. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
