Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven heats.
- Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface or place the flatbread directly onto a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the base of the puff pastry or flatbread.
- Arrange the two thinly sliced pears overlapping on the flatbread.
- Sprinkle 4 oz of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese over the arranged pears.
- Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, drizzle ¼ cup of honey over the top immediately.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of chopped walnuts and a handful of fresh arugula over the honey-drizzled flatbread.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–5 days or freeze unbaked flatbread for up to 3 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
