Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add sliced yellow squash and chopped onion, and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked squash and onion, shredded cheddar cheese, crushed buttery crackers, milk, eggs, and melted butter. Mix well.
  4. Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
