- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Dust your surface with flour, unroll the crescent dough, and roll it thinner. Cut into 24 squares.
- Press each square of dough into the prepared muffin tin to form cups.
- Cut Brie into small squares and place one in each pastry cup.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over each piece of Brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and add a small sprig of rosemary.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before lifting them out of the tin and serve warm.
