  • 1 can Cooking Spray Any vegetable oil spray
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Or gluten-free flour
  • 1 tube Crescent Dough Can swap for puff pastry
  • 1 wheel Brie Camembert can be used as a substitute
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce Any fruity jam can work
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Roasted Unsalted Pecans Omit for nut-free version
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary Thyme can be substituted or omitted

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Dust your surface with flour, unroll the crescent dough, and roll it thinner. Cut into 24 squares.
  3. Press each square of dough into the prepared muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Cut Brie into small squares and place one in each pastry cup.
  5. Spoon cranberry sauce over each piece of Brie.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and add a small sprig of rosemary.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before lifting them out of the tin and serve warm.

Notes
