- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each slice with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes until light golden, flipping slices midway.
- Top each crostini with a thin wedge of Brie and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Spoon cranberry sauce on each crostini after Brie has melted.
- Drizzle honey over each crostini.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary.
