To Season
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Add according to taste.
For Garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil using a pastry brush.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until light golden, flipping slices midway.
  5. Top each crostini with a thin wedge of Brie and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon cranberry sauce on each crostini after Brie has melted.
  7. Drizzle honey over each crostini.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary.
