- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels, then sprinkle kosher salt generously over the turkey.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, fresh orange juice, orange zest, and honey or maple syrup over medium heat. Stir until well blended and heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin side up. Coat the turkey with the warm cranberry orange glaze, reserving some for later.
- Roast the turkey breast for about 1 hour, basting it halfway through with the reserved glaze until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving with the remaining glaze.
