  4. Roast the turkey breast for about 1 hour, basting it halfway through with the reserved glaze until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove the turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving with the remaining glaze.
