- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add ground turkey to the bowl and mix thoroughly. If dry, drizzle in chicken broth until the mixture is moist.
- Scoop out about 1 to 1½ inches of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on the greased baking sheet about an inch apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. They should be firm on the outside and tender inside.
- Let the balls cool for a few minutes before serving, alongside gravy or cranberry sauce.
