Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend the cold water, lime wedges, and granulated sugar on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Return the strained juice to the blender, add sweetened condensed milk, and blend on medium for another 20 seconds.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the creamy lemonade over the ice. Garnish with fresh lime slices.
