  • Red Pepper Flakes Optional, adjust depending on heat preference.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Avoid burning.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta, tossing until well coated.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the mixture and stir until melted.
  8. Garnish with basil and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
