Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, tomato sauce, chicken stock, half of the fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken pieces into the baking dish and coat with the remaining fajita seasoning.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the seasoned chicken and gently mix.
  5. Arrange the sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
