  4. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), sriracha, grated ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar to make the BBQ sauce.
  5. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the roasted sprouts and toss gently to coat.
  6. Return the sauced Brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
