Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, kosher salt, and buffalo hot sauce to create a flavorful brine. Add chicken wing pieces and refrigerate for 90 minutes.
- While the wings are brining, mix together flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl. Remove wings from brine and dredge in the flour mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake wings for 20 minutes, flip and spray with cooking spray, then bake for another 20 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake until golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine unsalted butter, buffalo hot sauce, and honey. Stir until butter melts and well combined, creating a hot honey sauce.
- For the cucumber ranch, combine grated cucumber, mayo, Greek yogurt, vinegar, dill, parsley, and chives in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Serve wings drizzled with hot honey sauce and cucumber ranch.

Notes
Allow wings to brine for the full 90 minutes for maximum juiciness. Refrigerating breaded wings helps the coating stick better.
