Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice boneless, skinless chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Set up a breading station with all-purpose flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each marinated chicken strip in flour, dip in buttermilk, and then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken strips for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In the same skillet, cook bacon strips for 3-5 minutes until crispy, then crumble.
