  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pat the chicken thighs dry and drizzle olive oil over them, coating thoroughly.
  5. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side down on the baking sheet and apply seasoning mix on the bottom, then on the tops.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
