- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Arrange frozen crispy fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with kosher salt and pepper. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form six equal pieces of beef into patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Layer crispy fries on an oven-safe platter, drizzle with cheese sauce, and top with the cooked burger patties. Add extra cheese sauce on top.
- Return the platter to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through and the cheese sauce is gooey.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the dish and finish with pickles and jalapeños as desired. Serve immediately.
