- Lightly grease a non-stick muffin tin and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in short intervals until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate into greased muffin tin cups, coating the bottom and sides.
- Slice strawberries and place one piece in each chocolate cup, pressing down lightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of each bite while the chocolate is still slightly warm.
- Carefully remove bites from the muffin tin and serve on a platter.
