Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Tzatziki Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread uncooked white rice evenly at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour chicken broth carefully over the rice, ensuring it is fully submerged.
  4. Distribute cooked chicken pieces evenly on top of the rice layer.
  5. Scatter diced cucumber, chopped red onion, halved grape tomatoes, and sliced Kalamata olives over the chicken layer.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix tzatziki sauce with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Spread the tzatziki mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over the top.
