  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust quantity to taste.
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon Enhance with nutmeg or ginger if desired.
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter Coconut oil can be used for non-dairy.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ½ cup of granulated sugar with 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Brush melted butter on both sides of the tortillas.
  4. Cut the tortillas into your desired shapes and arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
