  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk non-dairy milk optional
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or additional milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract use pure for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup Sugar adjust to taste, maple syrup optional
For the Topping
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour gluten-free flour optional
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar regular sugar can work
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon or nutmeg for a twist
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cold Unsalted Butter cut into mixture until crumbly

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes and scatter evenly in a greased baking dish.
