  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice as a substitute
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • ¼ cup sour cream omit for dairy-free version
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice extra lime juice can be used
  • 2 cloves minced garlic fresh garlic enhances aroma

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Toss to coat and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix corn, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt. Let it sit while grilling.
  3. Preheat grill over medium heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and let rest.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Assemble bowls with corn salsa as a base, topped with grilled shrimp and avocado, then drizzled with garlic sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
