- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Cube the bread into 1-inch pieces and spread evenly in the baking dish.
- Layer ham and turkey over the bread, then top with Swiss cheese.
- Add another layer of cubed bread on top, pressing down gently.
