  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional) Can be omitted.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tins or ramekins with nonstick spray or melted butter.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust on a floured surface until thin. Cut circles about 5-6 inches in diameter, then press them into the greased muffin tins.
  3. Scoop 1 to 1½ teaspoons of pizza sauce into each crust-lined muffin cup. Layer with shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with dried oregano and garlic powder.
  4. Cut smaller circles from the remaining pie crust for the tops. Place on top of the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Whisk an egg and brush it over the crusts. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
