Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese, 1 cup of chopped dried cranberries, and ¼ cup of chopped fresh chives. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Lay out 4 large flour tortillas. Spread about ½ cup of the filling evenly across each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
  5. Wrap each log in plastic wrap, twisting the ends to secure tightly.
  6. Chill the roll ups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll ups into 1-inch thick pieces.
