- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the wheel of Brie cheese in the center of the rolled-out puff pastry. Top with cranberries and chopped pecans, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the Brie and seal tightly to prevent leaks.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving alongside crackers or crusty bread.
