- Prepare the rose falooda mix according to package instructions, combining it with warm milk (not boiling) for a smooth consistency. Stir for about 5 minutes until thickened. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Soak basil seeds in water for about 30 minutes until they swell. Fill large bowls with ice water and syruped rasgullas to keep them moist.
- In a serving bowl, layer syrup-soaked rasgullas, falooda mix, jelly, and cocktail fruits. Repeat the layers until nearly full.
- Top with fresh fruits and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Allow the ice cream to melt slightly into the layers.
- Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top, add soaked basil seeds, drizzle with rose syrup, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
