- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly, then mix in vanilla extract and buttermilk.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Some lumps are fine; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in red and green sprinkles into the batter without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally sprinkle coarse sugar on top.
