- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, ensuring the mixture remains warm for easy pouring.
- In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Line the baking dish with parchment paper, pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture, then dollop the melted white chocolate on top and swirl gently.
