- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Slice the ripe pears in half lengthwise, removing the seeds. Place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Brush the cut sides of the pears with melted unsalted butter, then squeeze lemon juice over them.
- Roast the pears for 20 to 25 minutes until tender and golden-brown.
- Flip the pears over, drizzle with additional lemon juice, and sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until cheese melts and walnuts warm through.
