Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Transfer the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and mold into a carrot shape. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Once chilled, unwrap and place on a serving platter. Insert parsley stems into the top for decoration.
