- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with 1 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in thinly sliced green onions, bacon bits, everything bagel seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently.
- Transfer the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and mold into a carrot shape. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, unwrap and place on a serving platter. Insert parsley stems into the top for decoration.
