Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper into the saucepan, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the glaze over the sausage and vegetables in the mixing bowl, and toss until well coated.

  7. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  8. Check for doneness; sausage should be browned, and sweet potatoes should be tender.
