Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, or soak no-boil noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, season, and cook briefly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Layer Alfredo sauce in the baking dish, followed by lasagna noodles, shrimp mixture, cheese mixture, and repeat. Finish with noodles and sauce.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and sprinkle breadcrumbs over.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
