- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, or soak no-boil noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, season, and cook briefly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Layer Alfredo sauce in the baking dish, followed by lasagna noodles, shrimp mixture, cheese mixture, and repeat. Finish with noodles and sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and sprinkle breadcrumbs over.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
