Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, large eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a smooth, sticky dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Add red gel food coloring to one half, and green to the other. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover both portions of dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop portions of the dough and roll into balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
  6. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes until crinkled on top.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
