Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken. Combine paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken thoroughly and let marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Gradually mix in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the Ramen Noodles. Bring water to a boil, cook noodles according to package directions, typically for 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
