Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Marinate the Beef: Combine thinly sliced beef with baking soda, garlic powder, and 1½ tablespoons of the prepared sauce; marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cook the Beef: Heat cooking oil in a wok and sear marinated beef for 1-2 minutes until browned; set aside.
  4. Sauté the Vegetables: Add oil, sauté onions and Chinese broccoli for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  5. Incorporate the Noodles: Add rice noodles and half of the reserved sauce; toss and cook for 1-2 minutes until noodles soften.
  6. Add Final Ingredients: Introduce bean sprouts and green onion tops with remaining sauce; cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Combine and Serve: Return beef to pan; stir to mix and warm through. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
