Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley until well combined and smooth. Set aside.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over low to medium-low heat. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in the pan.
- Sprinkle half a cup of the cheese blend evenly over the two slices in the skillet.
- Cook the sandwich for 4-5 minutes, or until the underside of the bread turns golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half diagonally and serve warm.
