- In a large skillet over medium heat, add one pound of ground beef and cook until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

- Flatten out your dough on a lightly floured surface, rolling it into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch border. Roll it tightly and pinch seams to seal.
