Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add one pound of ground beef and cook until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Flatten out your dough on a lightly floured surface, rolling it into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch border. Roll it tightly and pinch seams to seal.
  6. Place roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted garlic butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
